This week we will be starting our reading program using LectureEnfants.

Your child can login and go through the levelled French audio books.
I encourage them to read the audio books several times a week to increase language proficiency--acquire new vocabulary, enhance pronunciation as well as listening and comprehension skills.
We will also be listening to the books in class and having activities to follow, great for listening comprehension and using new vocabulary learned in classroom activities.
This week for homework, practice le son ``AU`` with your child. In French le son ``AU`` sounds like ``O``, like in the colour mauve.
